Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the LED products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, instructions, and accessories are included.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned lighting for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
